ServiceNow Developer

Create impactful ServiceNow solutions that strengthen government services and improve how citizens interact with Singapore's public sector.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support digital transformation initiatives for Singapore government agencies. This role involves designing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions to improve service delivery, streamline operations, and support enterprise-wide adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain applications across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and App Engine

- Build and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and automation workflows

- Design and develop custom applications and Service Portal widgets

- Perform integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and connectors

- Maintain and enhance CMDB, Service Catalog, workflows, and request fulfilment processes

- Prepare technical documentation and design artefacts

- Support testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and perform code reviews

- Ensure compliance with security and governance for government systems

- Work collaboratively in an Agile delivery environment

- Support production releases and post-deployment enhancements

Requirements:

Must-Have:

- 2-5 years experience in ServiceNow development

- Strong scripting with JavaScript, Glide API, server/client scripts

- Experience with ITSM / ITOM / CSM / CMDB / App Engine

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Experience with REST/MID Server integrations

Good-to-Have:

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, App Engine)

- Scoped apps and custom UI development

- Experience in secure environments (Public Sector/BFSI)

- Domain separation, data models, performance tuning

- DevOps / CI-CD / automated testing
