Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM / ITAM / ITOM)

Preference: Prior exposure to ServiceNow SPM / ITBM frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

Primary: Information Technology
Position Level: Executive / Junior Executive
Experience : 2 to 5 years

• Development: Write clean JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows using Flow Designer.
  
• Module Delivery: Configure and deploy ITSM, ITAM (Asset Management), and ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping).
  
• Integration: Build API integrations (REST/SOAP) between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub.
  
• Platform Growth: Support the expansion of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM / ITBM) modules (Demand & Project tracking).

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Experience: Mid-level professional experience specializing in ServiceNow platform development.

• Technical Skills: Strong JavaScript, CMDB/CSDM data modeling, and web services.

• Certifications:Mandatory Certified System Administrator (CSA). CAD (Certified Application Developer) is a big plus.
