ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management), AppEngine, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using AppEngine

• Implement and support CSM modules and workflows

• Design and develop integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, third-party systems)

• Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows

• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development

• Hands-on expertise in CSM

• Experience with AppEngine (Scoped Applications)

• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, Web Services, APIs)

• Good scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API)
