We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented ServiceNow Consultant with strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, SPM, and IRM modules.

The ideal candidate should possess a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a blend of functional consulting, technical expertise, and solutioning capabilities.

Candidates with exposure to Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) implementations will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, process gaps, and transformation requirements.

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices.

Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, SPM, and IRM modules.

Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution discussions, and process improvement initiatives.

Configure and maintain ServiceNow platform components including:

Workflows

Flow Designer

Business Rules

Client Scripts

UI Policies

Service Catalog

Integrations

Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party tools.

Manage and optimize CMDB, Discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and service mapping where applicable.

Provide advisory and consulting support on platform governance, architecture, scalability, and best practices.

Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and performance-related issues.

Support platform upgrades, patching activities, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in:

ITSM

ITOM

Discovery

SPM

ServiceNow Integrations

Exposure to ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules will be highly preferred.

Strong understanding of:

CMDB architecture

ServiceNow data model

Platform governance

Enterprise workflows

Hands-on experience with:

REST APIs

SOAP APIs

MID Server

IntegrationHub

JavaScript

Glide APIs

Experience in business requirement gathering, solutioning, and stakeholder management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting/client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certifications such as:

CSA

CIS-ITSM

CIS-ITOM

CIS-SPM

CIS-IRM/GRC

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Exposure to enterprise digital transformation projects.

Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience preferred.
