Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, FSM, or EAM.
The consultant will work with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational objectives and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure, customize, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement and support one or more ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, FSM, or EAM.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and platform customizations.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing platform support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.
- Participate in Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
