Servicenow Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Configure and support ServiceNow Finance modules (contracts, claims, invoicing, supply chain).
Translate functional requirements into ServiceNow solutions with guidance from senior consultants.
Assist in UAT, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training.
Support ongoing process improvements and enhancements within the finance domain on ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and IT.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably with exposure to ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of finance processes such as contract creation, claims, invoicing, and supply chain.
Practical experience with ServiceNow Finance-related modules (outside of ITSM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from senior consultants.
Knowledge of other enterprise financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) is an advantage.
