We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our client&aposs technology team within the bank. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise service management across IT, operations, risk, and compliance. You will be responsible for driving platform strategy, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business needs in a highly regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and GRC modules.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, integrating ServiceNow with banking applications and systems.
- Establish and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and administrators.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features/releases and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities by ensuring platform configurations meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, and GRC.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (APIs, web services, MID Server) and security models (SSO, LDAP, encryption).
- Experience defining ServiceNow roadmap, governance, and platform strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, CIS ITSM/ITOM) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with banking/financial regulatory requirements is an advantage.
