Job Description
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing custom applications and integrations, to meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective technical designs.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring successful execution of ServiceNow projects and adherence to best practices.
Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends, driving innovation and recommending improvements to existing implementations.
Ensure that ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
