Job Description
- Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and platforms using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration methods.
- Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practice guidelines for ServiceNow development.
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in ServiceNow development, in particularly in ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or ServiceNow SecOps (vulnerability response).
- Have experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures on low code/no code platforms, particularly within complex enterprise environments.
- Completed the following ServiceNow certifications, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response.
