ServiceNow and Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment using ServiceNow, Java, and AWS

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align business requirements

• Develop and customise ServiceNow applications to optimise processes and user experience

• Design scalable, secure backend solutions and ServiceNow-AWS integrations

• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and standards compliance

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stability

• Work with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 5+ years of ServiceNow/Java experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development, and security models

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and frameworks such as Spring Boot

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and AWS services (2+ years)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Proven experience managing secure enterprise ServiceNow environments

• Self-motivated team player with strong written and verbal communication skills

• AWS and ServiceNow certifications are a plus
