Core Objective: Lead the strategic integration of AI agents and a unified data fabric across the enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy AI Agents that operate autonomously across departments (IT, HR, Finance).

Design integration strategies using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external LLMs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Establish governance for Workflow Data Fabric to ensure AI has real-time, secure access to siloed data.

Lead architectural reviews and mentor development teams on best practices for scalability and security.

Qualifications: 810+ years of experience;

Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.

ServiceNow Administrator (Focus: Platform Health & AI Governance)

Core Objective: Manage the day-to-day operations, security, and continuous upgrade cycles of the ServiceNow instance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee platform upgrades and patch management, ensuring compatibility with custom integrations.

Configure and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs), user roles, and security groups to maintain data integrity.

Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy across IT assets.

Monitor platform performance using AIOps tools to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications: 25 years of experience; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL v4 certification
