As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician.

Job Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot, service and repair commercial dishwashers and related systems.

* Perform on-site inspections and preventive maintenance services.

* Carry out equipment installation, testing and commissioning.

* Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency breakdowns, including selected weekends and public holidays.

* Conduct site visits and provide equipment/operator training to customers.

* Generate and compile service and job reports.

* Follow up with customers on repair and service requirements.

* Use computerised job allocation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

* Assist with spare parts ordering when required.

* Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Job Requirements

* Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related technical discipline.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant service, maintenance, engineering or technical experience preferred.

* Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

* Relevant electrical knowledge/qualification and experience working with single-phase and three-phase equipment is required.

* Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

* Good spoken and written English.
