Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Service Technician for an on-site role located in Malaysia. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, with a focus on oil-free chiller technology. Additional responsibilities include conducting field service visits to diagnose and address system issues, ensuring system compliance, and offering high-quality customer support. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience with Field Service operations, including on-site diagnostics
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
• Relevant experience in system compliance and managing technical documentation is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Certified training in HVAC systems or a related technical field is advantageous
