Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, while supporting training and troubleshooting activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment-related problems to restore functionality and minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance following established service procedures to ensure equipment reliability
- Execute repair tasks including parts replacement, equipment overhaul, and upgrades to enhance performance
- Interpret and apply single line diagrams to support maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with quality and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Provide training support and perform ad hoc assignments to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations and problem resolution
Required competencies and certifications
- Recognized Diploma or ITE certification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to support advanced troubleshooting and system upgrades
