Job Summary

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of refrigeration chillers while coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure timely service and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers to maintain optimal operation

• Troubleshoot, service, install, retrofit, and repair refrigeration chillers to resolve issues and improve system performance

• Coordinate with clients to provide timely updates on repair progress and service schedules

• Prepare detailed service reports documenting maintenance, commissioning, health checks, and overhaul activities

• Participate in machine commissioning, health checks, and overhauls to ensure equipment reliability

• Develop new service support solutions for existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction

• Travel locally and overseas to perform on-site service and maintenance tasks

• Support hot work activities including brazing and welding to facilitate repairs and installations

• Coordinate and support contractors to ensure smooth project execution

• Perform ad-hoc duties and provide support as needed to meet operational requirements

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, accepting hands-on tasks that may involve dirty or oily conditions

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum ITE technical qualification

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in refrigeration chiller service and maintenance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and communicate effectively

• Basic skills in web design and 2D drawing to support technical documentation and service planning

• Demonstrate a can-do attitude with hands-on approach to technical tasks

• Apply strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

• Work independently and learn quickly to adapt to new challenges and technologies

• Location: East UBI

• Job Type: Full time, 5 days a week

• Compensation: Basic salary + OT + bonus + allowance
