Service Technician

Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)

• We are seeking a dedicated service technician who has hand-ons experience in installing, maintaining and troubeshooting equipment.

Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)

• Answer service calls
• Perform 24/7 online and onsite support
• Perform scheduled maintenance onsite
• Perform in-house assembly work
• Perform delivery of consumables and spares
• Write and file keep service reports
• Perform site machine installation
• Perform other tasks as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/NTC/ITE in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience in assembly, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting automated equipment
