Service Technician

Install water machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and operation.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machine systems, including cleaning, replacing filters, and inspecting components.

Diagnose and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns in water machine systems, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions

Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, guiding them through issues or answering product-related queries

Offer training to clients on the proper use and basic maintenance of water equipment.

Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts replaced, and system conditions.

Manage spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for service calls and replacements.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both the technician and the customer.

Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams on recurring issues or improvements needed for water systems.

Ensure the cleanliness of the van at all times. Send the vehicle to the workshop for periodical servicing.
