Location: Across Singapore
5 days work week + On stanby duty
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and repair of equipment or systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and provide timely corrective action.
- Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and update job status in the system.
- Work closely with the project, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all times
Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience in equipment servicing, field service, or technical support (fresh graduates welcome for junior roles as training will be given)
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Possess a Class 3 driving licence (advantage).
- Willing to travel locally and occasionally work overtime when required.
