Service Technician (Security Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service requests in line with service agreements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system faults at customer premises
• Supervise and ensure quality of subcontractors maintenance work
• Provide technical support to internal teams as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining alarm, card access, and CCTV systems
• Ability to troubleshoot system abnormalities independently and on-site
• Relevant certifications such as Building Construction Safety Supervisor, Work-at-Height, or Risk Management are an added advantage
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage
