Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance calls, troubleshoot and repair security system issues, supervise subcontractors work quality, and provide technical support to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service requests per the Company's Service Agreement
  • Diagnose and repair abnormalities in alarm, card access, and CCTV security systems at customer sites to restore full functionality
  • Supervise and ensure subcontractors maintain high-quality standards during maintenance work
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other departments to resolve security system issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and maintenance activities to ensure compliance and traceability

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess a Higher Nitec or Nitec qualification in Electronic or Electrical
  • Demonstrate 1-2 years of experience servicing and maintaining alarm, card access, and CCTV systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Hold certifications in building construction safety supervision, Work-At-Height, or Risk Management, which enhance safety and compliance during maintenance work
