Job Summary
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of portable and casement air conditioners and water heaters at various sites while delivering polite customer service and supporting team communication and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation and repair work of portable and casement air conditioners and water heaters at assigned customer sites to ensure proper functioning
- Deliver polite and professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to support daily team procedures and resolve issues
- Provide timely updates to supervisors on repair progress and customer feedback for efficient workflow management
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Follow all safety rules and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe work environment
- Train coworkers on basic electrical knowledge and skills to improve team capability
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least N level or equivalent qualification
- Relevant work experience in a related industry will be an advantage
- Good understanding of electrical theory and electrical circuits
- Positive and polite work attitude and ability to work independently
On-the-job training will be provided
