Job Summary

Work as a member of the Technical Service Team, responsible in logistics & preparation, delivery, installation, test and commissioning of IoTs sensors, digital displays and related hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite surveys to assess project requirements and prepare for hardware installation
  • Configure and install IoTs devices including sensors, tablets, and digital displays according to project specifications
  • Perform testing and commissioning of IoTs hardware to ensure proper functionality before delivery
  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot issues related to IoTs devices promptly and effectively
  • Pre-test and prepare IoTs devices prior to delivery, ensuring all technical and hardware documentation is accurate and updated timely
  • Respond to support tickets and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical support requests efficiently
  • Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in IoTs technologies

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a GCE N or O Level, NTEC, or professional training Diploma in a related discipline
  • Possess a Class 2/3 driving license or have own transportation to support onsite visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems to support device configuration and troubleshooting
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft® Office applications to manage documentation and communication
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a customer service attitude to ensure quality support and client satisfaction
  • Display adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools to keep pace with evolving IoTs solutions
