Our client is a leading player in Kitchen Appliance Industry. They are looking for a Service Technician to join their Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area - easily accessible.
About The Role:
- Basic + Variable Bonus + Phone Allowance + Transport Allowance + Service Commission + OT
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of the company's home kitchen products at customer locations island-wide.
- Maintain adequate inventory of service and maintenance parts in the service vehicle.
- Conduct basic user training and product usage guidance for customers.
- Prepare, explain, and close after-service reports with customers.
- Represent the company professionally as a frontline service representative.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in servicing any home appliances
- Must possess a Class 3 Driving License
- Understand blue prints and drawings
