Service Technician

Position: Service Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

. Carry out ELV or security systems such as IP CCTV, Intercom, Access Control, IP PBX, Public Address system & etc for maintenance for residential condominiums, and commercial & industrial buildings.

. To diagnose & troubleshoot faults in the system and resolve these technical issues.

. Attend to clients queries on any operational & maintenance-related matters.

. Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements and skills

. ITE/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or IT-related discipline.

. Min. 2 years of working experience in the security line (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control), and able to commission the system.

. Possesses knowledge of Network and basic IP systems.

. Strong understanding of cable checking and troubleshooting techniques.

. Experience in setting up and managing IP PBX systems is a plus.

. Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

. Good communication skills.

. Self-motivated, service-oriented, passionate, and responsible.

. Self-discipline and willingness to work staggered.

. Fast learner, independent, and can work under pressure.

. Class 3 Driving License (Optional).

. 5.5 workdays/week.
