Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily installation, maintenance, and repair works for fans and associated equipment.
- Manage a workload of 8 indoor jobs or 6 outdoor jobs each day.
- Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely resolution to maintain product performance.
- Inspect and test finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide feedback to the Technical Director regarding supplier performance or quality concerns.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to all customers and project clients.
- Support additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by management.
