Job Summary
You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial-grade food equipment such as fryers, soft serve machines, commercial griddles, and ice machines to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults in commercial food equipment to restore full functionality
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns
- Install and test machines on-site to ensure proper operation before handover
- Provide preventive maintenance services following established procedures to extend equipment lifespan
- Collaborate with team members and assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve service issues promptly
- Work independently to manage service calls and complete tasks efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driver's license to travel to service locations
- Demonstrate 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial food equipment
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in brazing to support equipment repair and maintenance
