Service Technician/Engineer

. Perform Preventative Maintenance for designated systems and infrastructure services for Data Centers

. Perform troubleshooting, installation, field modification works and repair works

. Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner

. Maintaining regular communications with service support and customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up

. Adhering to Bizsafe (Work Safety) and all other applicable regulatory requirements

. May be stationed at customers sites for Facilities management services whenever necessary
