Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances at customer premises.
- Conduct basic product usage training for customers.
- Maintain proper service records and explain after-service reports.
- Manage spare parts inventory in company vehicle.
- Represent the company professionally as frontline service staff.
Job Requirements
- Possess valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided).
