Receiving installation, testing, commissioning, and service schedule instructions from the Project Supervisor/Manager.
Preparing to attend installation and service jobs, which involves contacting customers and landlords to schedule installations and service requests, and organizing the necessary project equipment, spare parts, and safety gear.
Diagnosing and isolating faults, communicating with customers about the cause of the issues, and outlining corrective actions.
Resolve faults by replacing defective components, readjusting system settings, and reinforcing end-user training for proper equipment usage.
Escalate unresolved project issues to the supervisor for further guidance and action.
Coordinate and schedule site testing with the main contractor, subcontractors, and customers as required.
Manage and account for company-issued assets, including tools, laptops, vehicles, intellectual property, and more.
Report on any follow-ups regarding outstanding service jobs and submit weekly timesheets.
Participate in all job-related training to stay informed about the solutions offered by the company.
Requirements:
Skilled in interpreting blueprints and schematic drawings.
Capable of climbing ladders and proficient in the operation of handheld power tools.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to operate fleet vehicles safely at all times
