Service Technician & Warehouse Assistant (Part Time)

Job Description

• Position Title: Service Technician & Warehouse Assistant (Part Time)
• Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm
• Working Days: 3 days per week
• Duration: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct repair and servicing of dental products. Training provided.
• Assist customers onsite with common technical issues faced with product use
• To carry out onsite service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, warranty checks)
• Perform warehouse duties, such as packing, labelling, stocking and occasional delivery
• Examining and identifying defective goods / short expiry dates
• Ensure inventory is managed and management alerted in case of stock shortfall
• General warehouse duties, ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Opportunity to convert to full-time

Requirements

• Basic background in Electrical Engineering or any experience fixing electrical appliances and/or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience preferred
• Physical duties required during stocking and shelving of products (light/medium)
• Responsible, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
