Job description

Service Crew, Permanent Part Time (Several Work Options) for outlets in shopping malls located at Central, North and East

What you need to do:

Preparation of drinks and tea brewing and cashiering

Taking drink order, preparing drinks and serving customers.

Maintain and uphold cleanliness standards at place of duty

Requirements Permanent Part-Time :

Must be able to work in any of the following flexible work arrangements:

Option A, 16hours per week (8hours x 2 days)

Option B, 20hours per week (5hours x 4 days)

Option C, 25hours per week (5hours x 5 days)

No experience required. Must be able to commit to 2 days of paid training (6pm-10pm on Friday & 9am-6pm on a Saturday).

Training will be conducted at our dedicated training facility. A training allowance of 8/hour will be given during training.

Rewards/Benefits:

The various types of Basic Salaries are:

Option A, $650 per month (8 hours x 2 days per week)

Option B, $820 per month (5 hours x 4 days per week)

Option C, $1030 per month (5 hours x 5 days per week)

Additional hours worked Based on 1.5x rate)

Additional 1.0 rate for PH work

$175-$400 retention incentive for every six months of completed service.

Annual leave starts at 5 days per year (Option B & Option C only)

Monthly attendance allowance (Option B & Option C only)

Monthly sales incentive $50-$100 (Option B & Option C only)

Performance Bonus (Option B & Option C only)

Annual Wage increment (Option B & Option C only)
