Position Summary:

Possessing the ability to deliver smooth day-to-day audio-visual operations, you will focus on providing a high level of technical service and customer support to our client whilst based at their premises. Striving to exceed client expectation, this opening is for someone who is looking for a fantastic opportunity and experience to work with an industry leader. The opportunity will also allow you to be proactive in identifying and implementing new initiatives for improving service.

It requires a mature and confident mindset and familiarity with corporate environment.

Daily responsibilities include:

Fault Finding of AV, VC and ICT

Resolving technical issues

Reporting

Training the client on AV, VC and ICT

Liaise with reception, IT and facility teams for booking requirements, facilitation and cross training.

Understand and effectively communicate the full range of services to users and clients.

Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and always stored in a structured manner and reporting to management and the client is completed in an efficient manner.

Ideal Candidate profile:

Minimum 2 year of experience as an onsite AV support technician or in a similar industry

Highly experienced with Microsoft Teams applications

Previous experience working on a client premises desirable.

Experience with audio video & IT equipment systems

Strong practice in Video Conferencing and networking skills

Familiarity with fault finding AV equipment.

Experience using the Microsoft suite of products

Have Singapore work rights
