Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional, go-the-extra-mile service by engaging with customers in a warm and professional manner. Project a positive brand image, uphold the company's service vision, and proactively resolve any service challenges.
- Operational Excellence: Execute daily operations to the highest standards. This includes thorough mise en place preparation, managing counter and take-away services, and continuously cultivating a productive and innovative mindset to improve workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication and a strong partnership with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely food delivery, and a smooth, clean operating environment.
- Order & Payment Processing: Accurately take customer orders, present bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Health, Safety, & Environment: Maintain a clean, organized food and beverage production and service area. Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations while ensuring the overall security and well-being of guests.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues decisively and efficiently, making sound decisions to minimize disruptions during service.
