Service Specialist

Basic information:

• 5.5 Working Day (OT Payable)

• Basic up to $4,000

• Performance bonus provided

• Islandwide locations

Job scope:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

• Take food and beverage orders using the ordering system and serve items promptly.

• Set up tables and prepare condiments to support smooth daily restaurant operations.

• Maintain good knowledge of the menu, promotions, seasonal items, and membership programmes.

• Ensure cleanliness, proper food portioning, and that equipment is in good working condition.

• Support restaurant operations including shift staffing, basic scheduling, and administrative tasks.

• Assist with event coordination, staff supervision, and other duties assigned by the Manager.
