    Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.

    As part of the client's continued expansion in Asia, we are seeking a Service Sales Manager to drive the growth of our aftermarket service business across key semiconductor accounts. This role plays a critical part in strengthening long-term customer partnerships while maximizing the lifecycle value of installed systems through service solutions.

    【Responsibilities】
    Account & Service Business Growth
    - Own and drive service revenue growth across assigned semiconductor customer accounts, covering Customer Support Agreements (CSA), production services, and engineering support services
    - Ensure timely renewal and conversion of warranty contracts into long-term service agreements
    - Identify whitespace opportunities within the installed base to expand service penetration and attach rates

    Solution Selling & Commercial Management
    - Develop and position value-based service solutions aligned to customer fab operations, yield optimization, and uptime requirements
    - Lead or support commercial negotiations for service agreements, including pricing strategy, contract terms, and profitability targets
    - Manage full Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal financial and governance processes

    Cross-functional Collaboration
    - Work closely with Account Managers, Field Service, Production Service, Service Marketing, Finance, and R&D teams to deliver integrated service offerings
    - Align with regional/global Service Sales Managers to standardize service scope, pricing frameworks, and execution strategies
    - Support regional leadership in structuring complex service deals and customized solutions

    Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
    - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations (engineering, operations, procurement, and management levels)
    - Conduct regular business reviews leveraging customer data, tool performance metrics, and service analytics
    - Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and continuous improvement initiatives

    Strategic Planning & Analytics
    - Analyze installed base performance, service data, and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
    - Develop and execute account-specific service strategies within complex, multi-site semiconductor manufacturing environments
    - Contribute to regional service business planning and forecasting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline (Business/Marketing considered with relevant industry experience)
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales, aftermarket/post-sales, or business development within a semiconductor manufacturing environment (fab operations, yield, uptime, tool utilization), test and measurement, or capital equipment environment
    - Familiarity with installed base management and lifecycle service models (maintenance contracts, spares, upgrades, engineering services)
    - Experience handling service contracts, pricing models, and commercial negotiations
    - Ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across regions
    - Strong ability to interpret customer data, service KPIs, and business trends to drive decisions
    - Excellent in English and Mandarin communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage English and Mandarin-speaking technical and non-technical stakeholders
    - Willingness to travel internationally to support regional customers and internal alignment
