Your new role

As the Service Sales Manager (Aftermarket), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across the regional service business. This role focusses on developing and closing aftermarket opportunities, including spare parts, maintenance services, upgrades, and long-term service agreements.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle - from opportunity identification through proposal development, commercial negotiations, and order closure - while building strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Working closely with internal engineering, proposal, and service delivery teams, you will ensure customer needs are translated into competitive and value-driven service solutions.

This role carries significant regional exposure and plays a critical part in sustaining customer retention and recurring service revenue.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in service sales, aftermarket, or technical commercial roles within industrial, power, energy, or heavy equipment sectors
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket business models, including service contracts, parts supply, and maintenance solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex, high-value negotiations
  • Excellent customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix, cross-functional environment
  • High level of commercial awareness and market insight
  • Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities
