- Position : Service Sales Executive
- Location : Gul Circle
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.00AM to 5.15PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,100 + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + 14 to 21 Days Annual Leave + Car Allowance (for own vehicle)

Responsibilities:
- Sell new and renewal service agreements to new and existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive long-term retention and growth.
- Prepare quotations and tenders negotiate within company approval guidelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM, contract, customer, and asset records.
- Conduct business reviews using the online customer portal.
- Coordinate contract handovers and updates with internal teams.
- Support invoicing and collections with Finance and Administration.
- Promote value-added services, modernization projects, and spare parts.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Sales, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Engineering.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Siebel).
- Exposure to industrial machinery or maintenance preferred.
