About The Role And The Team
In this role, you will support the Inside Sales process in order to prepare and ensure accurate commercial handling of customer request. You will contribute to exceeding customer expectations by collaborating closely with colleagues from Purchasing, Shipping, Warehouse, Service Coordination, Planning, Business Development & Finance Departments. The role sits within Service Deepsea Department which consists of dedicated professionals, including Service Sales Engineers, Service Coordinators, Service Engineers and Business Development Managers and reports to Customer Service Team Lead.

You Will
What You Will Do
- Send quotation and answer all customers enquiries on service, survey, commissioning and installation professionally and timely
- Work within sales authorization and precisely defined pricing guidelines
- Calculate cost price of orders based on customer requirements and wishes
- Follow up with customers after the quotations are sent
- Ensure all documentation and information in Zendesk is complete for handover to Operations
- Check with the Technical Support Team at the beginning of the RFQ to ensure the correct parts are selected.
- Register relevant external customer feedback in share point (complaint / compliment)

- Deliver a complete and accurate quotation within 24 hours
- Achieve 60 Purchase Orders per month
- Improve time to quote >24 hours
- Manage priorities effectively and deliver work that is timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused

Required
What You Bring
- Diploma in Business Administration/Electronics Engineering or other engineering discipline
- Min 2 years relevant customer service experience, preferably in 24/7 technical support environment in the marine industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Hands on mentality.
- Service minded.
- Self-starter, resourceful, team player
Preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday once a month
