We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue growth and manage key customer accounts within the ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) industry.
This role combines technical service sales with strategic enterprise account management, focusing on long-term customer partnerships and lifecycle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell maintenance and service solutions, including preventive and corrective maintenance contracts, annual service agreements and spare parts and repair services
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals within defined timelines
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify service opportunities
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and tenders to secure sales closure
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored service solutions
- Drive contract renewals, retention, and account growth
- Engage stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial teams
- Provide basic technical support and recommendations for ACMV systems
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, retrofits, and optimization
- Work with internal teams to develop practical and cost-effective solutions
- Support customers with system performance improvement initiatives
- Identify and pursue opportunities for equipment replacement and upgrades
- Assist in preparing proposals for retrofit and improvement projects
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for costing and execution
- Work closely with service, engineering, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in service sales, technical sales, or ACMV industry
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems (e.g., AHU, chilled water systems, CRAC units)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing key or enterprise accounts
- Exposure to data centers, commercial buildings, or mission-critical facilities
- Familiarity with service contracts, maintenance operations and enterprise sales
