Job Summary
Join Puricare as a Service Operations Executive to manage maintenance contracts, coordinate service technicians, and enhance customer service quality in a dynamic SME environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
- Schedule preventive maintenance and repair jobs to optimize service efficiency and equipment uptime
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians promptly to meet customer needs
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for contract renewals and new service agreements to support business growth
- Process service orders and customer requests accurately to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain detailed service records and reports for operational transparency and performance tracking
- Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure high service quality and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities to renew or upsell services, contributing to revenue growth
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced SME environment to meet operational goals
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve service issues and coordinate resources effectively
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service coordination, operations, or customer service roles
- Fresh entry are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with service management software
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling and service planning to improve operational workflows
- Experience in after-sales service or equipment maintenance industries such as water dispensers, water treatment, or office equipment
- Ability to identify opportunities for maintenance contract renewals and new equipment contracts to drive business expansion
