KEY RESPONSIBILTIIES:
- Join the Management Team and support the Manager and cross-functional teams in coordinating and planning clinic activities, managing manpower and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficient operations, and smooth daily functioning.
- You will assist in implementing new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG, while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative tasks like staff scheduling, patient flow management, inventory control, and facility upkeep.
- You will also contribute to planning and executing strategies, proposals, and activities aimed at enhancing work processes.
- Collaboration with clinical, nursing, allied health professionals, diagnostics, and other service departments within the polyclinic will be a key aspect of your role.
- Additionally, you will have opportunities to work with teams across other workgroups, polyclinics, or headquarters on areas such as manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflow refinement, new polyclinic development, and emergency preparedness.
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in healthcare management /or any related field of studies
- At least 2-3 years of operations experience
- Proactive attitude and people-oriented personality
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
