Service Operations Executive

. Process sales order for service works and issue purchase orders to global or local suppliers.

. Follow up on purchase orders closely and arrange for shipments when ready.

. Apply entry passes to Jurong Island / Jurong Port (where applicable) and register safety induction course for service personnel before attending any siteworks.

. Liaise with stakeholders on service schedule and deliveries of repair pumps / valve / equipment / spares, etc.

. Work closely with service personnel to monitor work progress and to close the completed jobs in a timely manner.

. Record and monitor service personnel safety passes expiry dates and to interface with HR on re-certifications / renewals / enrolments.

. Record and monitor equipment, meters, lifting gears / facilities, vehicles, other field-related items for inspection and / or calibration.

. Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.
