What you will be working on

You will facilitate daily business operations, processing applications and deliveringexcellent service to members in accordance with established scheme policies andregulations.

In this role, you will:

  • Process applications,exemptions, adjustments, terminations, and reinstatements within establishedservice level agreements.
  • Handle member enquiriesthrough multiple channels including telephone support, providing accurateinformation and guidance on scheme procedures.
  • Liaise with external partnersincluding financial institutions, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders tofacilitate application processing.
  • Perform administrative dutiesincluding housekeeping of listings, statistics collation, and ensuring properdocument archival.
  • Monitor processes andprocedures to ensure they perform according to requirements.
  • Flag inconsistent or abnormalresults to supervisors and provide support when required.
  • Support ad-hoc projects aimedat improving existing procedures and processes, including participating in useracceptance testing for new workflows and systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools codingability in Python and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be advantageous

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract.
