Job Purpose
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and growth of the company's ACMV service and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the ACMV Service Department
- Lead and supervise service supervisors, coordinators and technicians
- Ensure service works comply with safety, quality and company requirements
- Manage customer relationships and attend to escalated service matters
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex ACMV issues
- Monitor service contracts, manpower utilization, costs and department performance
- Work with Management to develop and grow the Service Department
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline or Min. 10 years experience in ACMV industry
- Experience supervising technicians and managing service operations
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle customers, service contracts and technical issues independently
