Job Description

Manage and supervise daily service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources according to service requirements.

Lead, guide, train, and monitor service team members to ensure productivity and quality performance.

Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, requirements, feedback, and operational matters.

Ensure all service activities are completed in accordance with agreed service standards, scope of work, and contractual requirements.

Monitor service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Prepare service schedules, work plans, reports, and performance updates for management and clients.

Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

Monitor service-related costs, budgets, and resource utilisation to support profitability.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for service-related requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve service processes, productivity, and customer experience.

Support the preparation of service quotations, renewals, variations, and contract-related documentation.

Maintain proper records of service activities, client communications, reports, and documentation.

Conduct regular team meetings, site inspections, and performance reviews.

Ensure timely completion of service reports, invoices, and supporting documents.
