We're hiring a Service Management Project Manager to support the delivery of highimpact service management initiatives and drive the next phase of IT Service Management (ITSM) maturity. Reporting into the Head of Service Management, this role plays a critical part in translating strategy into structured, measurable outcomes that improve operational performance and enduser experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver service management and ITSM projects from planning through execution
  • Partner with service owners and stakeholders to align outcomes with business priorities
  • Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operations

Requirements

  • Experience delivering projects in IT Service Management or IT Operations environments
  • Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks and service delivery concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional coordination skills
  • Structured, detailoriented, with clear and confident communication
