Staff management: Supervise and mentor employees, train new hires, create and manage team schedules, and evaluate performance.
Operations oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and efficiency. This can include managing administrative roles, customer service, and general services like supplies and maintenance.
Problem-solving: Resolve work problems and customer complaints effectively.
Goal achievement: Ensure the team meets service requirements and targets set by management.
Perform installation, testing, servicing, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct on-site repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for each job completed
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all service activities
Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams for issue resolution and product improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
NITEC/ITE
Proven experience as a service technician or in a technical support role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or in a team
Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
