Job Description
This is not a typical internship.
You will be deployed on-site and work closely with operations and management to understand how large-scale cleaning and facilities services are delivered.
You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Site operations and service execution
- Workforce coordination and workflow optimization
- Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
- Supporting implementation of structured systems and processes
- Exposure to real client environments (commercial / institutional settings)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site operations and supervision
- Observe and analyse operational workflows
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with supervisors and ground staff
- Document insights and contribute to internal systems development
Who We Are Looking For
- Final-year students or recent graduates
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
- Able to work on-site (not a desk-bound role)
- Observant, analytical, and proactive
- Comfortable working in real operational environments
Internship Duration (Important)
We strongly prefer candidates who are available for 6 months or longer to ensure meaningful exposure and contribution.
