Service Field Supervisor

The Service Field Supervisor will be working under the supervision of the Operations Manager and his/her main role will be -

• To liaise and take charge of the customers schedule on site in terms of the maintenance/adhoc works
• To ensure daily maintenance /adhoc works are completed on time and accurately
• Supervision of technicians on site for daily duties and to carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of fire protection equipment/system and fire alarm system
• To liaise with vendors for maintenance and adhoc works
• To attend meetings with customers/vendors with the Operation Manager if required
• Must have a good understanding of the operation of fire alarm system and fire protection system.
• Able to troubleshoot, basic repair works and testing and commissioning of systems
• Handling of hand and power tools for mechnicial and electrical installation, servicing and maintenance works
• Preparation of work permit applications and work completion summaries
• Attend to emergency call at customer end

Requirements

• N Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical preferred
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the same field is preferred
• Physically fit
• Good communication skills
• Preferred with Safety Supervision, SSIC, SOC, OPSOC certification
• Able to work independently, proactively and has self-discipline
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have valid class 3 driving license
