Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Service Excellence Manager to drive regional sales growth, client engagement, and training initiatives across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role combines business development, account management, and training delivery to strengthen client relationships, increase service adoption, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Drive regional sales activities and identify new business opportunities across assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct service and product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Provide consultative support to clients by understanding business needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and engagement to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention.
Training & Service Delivery
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support successful implementation and adoption of services through structured training and guidance.
- Gather client feedback to improve service delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and refine training materials, presentations, and service documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Internal Stakeholders
- Work closely with the Country Manager to provide updates on sales performance, client engagement, training outcomes, and revenue progress.
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on service launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Partner with Sales teams to share market intelligence and develop account growth strategies.
External Stakeholders
- Build relationships with clients, procurement teams, administrators, and regional partners.
- Support vendor registration, tender participation, and business proposal discussions.
- Engage key partners across the region to strengthen advocacy, market positioning, and long-term collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Experience in employment agencies, recruitment services, B2B solutions, or client-facing industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, training delivery, or business development roles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Familiarity with regional business practices and vendor management processes is an advantage.
- Comfortable travelling regionally for client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
